So today I continued to watch some basic tutorial that might help me later on in this unit. I practiced a bit for myself seeing what I have learned and things like that. And then I wanted to watch a tutorial on how to make a basic face structure because that is something that i would like to know. So the video was pretty long and it was pretty clear and straight forward. But in some parts I didn't know what she was talking about so I had to bring it back and replay. This is how my final result turned out, I stopped the video half way in because it was going in to much detail.

Blender
Today was the first class of the second quarter. Today I started with blender so I downloaded blender on the school desktop and also on my Mac laptop. My plan is that I start something at school and send it to my email and finish it up at home. So today I watched a very basic tutorial to how to make a coffee cup. It was a pretty long video, But i did pretty well for my first time. My only problem was making the handle. This is how it turned out to look like.

So today I worked on my game as usual. While I was on google I typed in a game with levels in green foot. So I downloaded one that has several levels and it was for sure an advanced game. Because their was so much detail in everything. So I got some ideas from the levels and I am slowly adding it to my game. And I should have the final result of the game by Friday for my presentation.

Today I continued with my game. While I was working I had trouble adding sound and also making the ball intersect with blocks. So for most of the class I was looking around the internet for some codes that might help me solve this. Than Mr. Daily reminded me of the first game we played that made the rockets bullet intersect with the astroid so I decided to get the code of that and use it for me game. I hope it will work.

so last class I got a lot done, I countinued my game which is looking pretty good now. First I changed the controllers to so now A is to move left and D is to move right. Now I can get unlimited balls from my paddle each time I lose. now all I have to do is to make one more level which will be harder add sound effect and make it intersect with the blocks. This is how it looked like at the end of the class.

So today I continued to watch the joy of code tutorials and meanwhile watching them I thought of an idea for the midterm project. I thought of making something similar the the game made in the joy of code 30 video which i would preferably want to make. But I am making some changes to it. For example I am changing the controls to W,A,S,D and also making two levels starting off with an easier level with a bigger ball hitting the brick on top and adding sound effect to it. Once the first level is complete moving on to a little harder level with a smaller ball and faster speed with sound effect as well. I will continue building the game in the next few classes.

So today as I was starting my project Mr. Daily handed me the chapter 4 of the green foot. So throughout the class I worked on the project and I am close in finishing it. From my understanding I am starting to go through some loops. And meanwhile I am doing chapter 4 I am thinking how I can include these thing in my game(Final Project)
Last class I worked on the maze project and
came through many obstacles. Every time I compiled the actor it would have some
issues and problems. So after watching videos and going through the maze game
that I download from the main site. By the end of the class I decided that I
would like to start of from scratch so next plan I am going to start from next
class and see how it would end up.
